I got this to compliment the paint rack and was a little disappointed. It's a bit fiddly to place as if can't quite reach the desk if you put it in line with the paint rack, but anywhere else it has a piece sticking up out of it. Further, when it was all assembled and I tried to fit my brushes, I found out that my set only really fit into the back 5 holes, as they were the largest. The other holes were too small to accommodate my set. I'd imagine this wouldn't be an issue if you had bought standardised brushes piece by piece, but I use a set that has a wider handle with a uniform handle size, so the brush holder is more or less useless to me. I love the idea of it and how modular it is, I could see it blending in really easy for other people, but for me, due to the small holes and the awkward placement it's just a no-go.

Response:
Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback. The holder has been designed so that the rack would touch the desk and be in line with the rack on the bottom when installed in the third set of holes from the bottom. This does result in the holder sticking up above the side of the rack, but it also means that the holder is not too far back. The holder should be ok off-desk and further back as there are some "legs" sticking out that ensure that the weight of the brushes+holder presses up against the rack and removes strain from the joins. We have modified the holes in the rack, and we will offer this additional option with larger holes in case anyone wants it instead! Rob - HM
